While we are always going to have to say that our favourite Josh Brolin movie ever is the Goonies, we have to admit that the actor has been making some great choices in his acting career in recent years, taking on some fantastic roles in some big movies. With that said, there is no arguing that the biggest role of his whole career would have to be playing the Marvel villain Thanos in the upcoming movie Avengers: Infinity War.
Fans around the world have been excited to see Thanos on the big screen and with the little teasers of the character we have had over the years, it just makes us more and more excited all the time. Josh Brolin has now completed shooting his scenes for Avengers: Infinity War and he has already seen a few minutes of the movie, and Josh has admitted that he has been very impressed with what he has seen so far.
Brolin shared, "When playing a character like this, dude, it’s like there’s something—I don’t know any other way to put it, it really turned out to be one of the greatest experiences I’ve had. I’m still not done, but it’s been incredible to be able to work with the Russos, to be able to work with these guys."
He added, "I had no idea. It’s just a different type of acting, but then when they showed me a little six-minute teaser of a scene that I had done, I was so blown away by how next-level this digital process is and how real it feels. I don’t know how I could be anything but happy. If everybody hates me at the end of it, I don’t know, will it be worth it if it’s a great movie? Maybe."
Avengers: Infinity War is set to hit the big screen on April 27, 2018 in the UK and on May 4, 2018 in the US.
