Supermodel Kate Upton has become arguably the top model in the business and it is easy to see why she has become so popular and so sought after by the top companies in the modelling world. As well as being one of the top models in the world, Kate has also become one of the fittest and healthiest women on the planet, working out hard every day and following a sensible diet.
Upton was recently talking to Sports Illustrated about her fitness routine, when she shared with them, "Weight training. I like to see myself moving up in weights. I can't always get to the gym, so I have sliders and bands that I take on the road so I can work out in my hotel."
As well as talking about her work out routine, Kate Upton also went on to talk about her diet and what she likes to eat on a regular basis. While Kate is clear that it is always good to follow a healthy balanced diet, she does not deny herself a few treats from time to time.
Upton added, "Starting with a big breakfast that you can burn through the entire day. I also give myself a break. My wellness philosophy is to try to eat healthy and exercise but never be afraid to have a doughnut or an extra glass of wine."
It is no surprise that Kate Upton has become such a hugely successful model and we have no doubt that she is going to continue to be at the top of the modelling game for many more years to come.
