This Morning host Phillip Schofield has revealed how he has been losing weight, thanks to his new diet. Phillip has been on the 5:2 diet and has managed to shed an impressive 9lbs in just four weeks on the diet but it has not exactly been fun.
While Phillip Schofield has clearly been losing weight, he has admitted that he finds himself constantly feeling hungry, "I am on the new 5:2 diet. I've been doing it for about three weeks and am really hungry," he explained to The Mirror.
The 5:2 diet sees Phillip Schofield consuming a meal of 600 calories a day, for just two days of the week. Phillip revealed his new slimmed down frame while filming for his new show Mr and Mrs, where he asked audience members for snacks as he was "on a starvation day".
Meanwhile, Phillip Schofield's This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby is rumoured to be heading off to the US, where she is wanted by a number of different US television networks. It was recently claimed that Holly is being lined up to replace Khloe Kardashian as the co-host of the hit show The X Factor USA.
